- How Do I order?
Simply go to the relevant product page and choose your options, upload your files and checkout
- What happens after I order?
From receiving your order it goes to our art room for proofing, you will then (depending on what time you ordered) receive a proof the same day or the next working day (Mon – Fri) We do not print anything until you have checked the artwork (and double checked your options eyelets, string etc) and approved the proof
- What about artwork?
You can either supply us with finished files which are ready to print, or just let us have the logo / details of what you want on the tag and how you want it presenting and we will proof it back to you via email either the same day or the next working day (Mon – Fri)
- How long will they take?
This depends on what you have ordered, a standard printed tag would be approx 5 – 6 working days, foiling and letterpress approx 7 – 10 working days. If you are in a huge rush, we do have an express option, however this is chargeable and is dependent on the amount of work we have at the time – please contact us for further details
- What if I want an option not listed?
No problem, either email or call us with your request and we will quote this for you.
